


James “Jim” A. Patton, Registered Professional Geologist
Mr. Patton founded J & M Monitoring, Inc. in 1988. Prior to this, Jim worked with Engineers, Inc. and Bocook Engineering for a period of ten years where he was design engineer and staff geologist.
While at Engineers, Inc. Jim acquired considerable experience with NPDES, KPDES, MSHA and EPA regulations. In addition, Jim gained valuable experience in preliminary hearings, formal hearings and other civil litigation by appearing as expert witness on behalf of many plaintiffs and defendants.

Additionally, Jim is an EPA Certified Asbestos Instructor, a Nationally Certified Environmental Compliance Auditor and a Nationally Certified Phase I, II and III Property Assessor.
